All plant goods have a 3 day exchange policy with a receipt (NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS). Merchandise with a receipt may be exchanged or issued a store credit. All plants that are not returned at the quality level in which they were purchased will not qualify for an exchange (must not take plant out of nursery container).
Once plants leave our property, we do not have the ability to guarantee that plant predators, airborne plant diseases, soil, location it is planted in, improper watering, chemical use, inclement weather such as excessive rains, droughts, hail, frost, or the care it receives will ensure that the plants selected will thrive or survive, as we believe we provide our customers with the best plant material available. We guarantee that your plants will grow and thrive if they are planted properly and provided reasonable care. It is up to the individual gardener/homeowner to pay attention to their plant’s needs and problems as they arise. Thank you, we appreciate your business!
